Say hello to the Svart Grinder, built by Norwegian company Wilfa, who have drawn on the rich Nordic history of coffee brewing to come up with a near-perfect electric burr grinder.

If you’re looking to up your coffee-making game, this is a great investment. So much so that both Eve and Michael have one in their home coffee set ups.

It’s a compact unit and looks great too. Grind adjustment is super easy and it will grind everything from French press, to AeroPress, filter and Mocca pot. There’s a guide on the side of the 250g capacity hopper with common brew methods to help you choose the right grind setting. The grinder works on a timer so you twist the dial to how long you want it to grind for then just push the button and grind. The motor runs at a slower speed than other grinders, which reduces the heat and noise that's created during grinding.

Please note, the Wilfa Svart Grinder does not grind fine enough for espresso.
