From the Sierra Madre mountains in Mexico, this decaf is clean and bright with medium body, zesty citrus notes and a wonderful sweetness. It’s decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process.

You could be forgiven for thinking that this coffee wasn’t a decaf!  You’ll be surprised by the clean and sweet qualities that aren’t normally found in decaf. This coffee is bright and zesty and packed with fruity flavour. It combines a medium body, with a mild acidity and sweet flavour notes to deliver an exceptionally satisfying and enjoyable cup.

The Arabica beans are grown in the Sierra Madre mountains in the Chiapas region of Mexico. The coffee is processed using the washed (wet) method. Wet processing results in higher acidity, which provides the clean, crisp cup.

The coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process using water from the Pico de Orizaba mountain. This is a natural process and 100% chemical free.

The beans have been lightly roasted to bring you this exceptionally tasty cup of decaf.

Available in whole beans or ground to order.
