This fabulous coffee provides a bright acidity with hints of chocolate, walnuts and a touch of maple. The coffee is grown on Fazenda Bom Jesus, a family run farm in Cristais Paulistas in the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil.

Owners Gabriel and Flavia Lancha Oliveira come from a long line of coffee producers and are passionate about speciality coffee and sustainable production. The farm is located within a 140-hectare Nature Reserve. It was the first farm in the Alta Mogiana region to be UTZ certified and has been Rainforest Alliance certified since 2008. Fazenda Bom Jesus is also a member of the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association and was a founder of the Alta Mogiana Specialty Coffee Association.

This coffee is characterised by its sweetness. It’s processed using the natural method, where the coffee is dried in the full cherry prior to de-pulping, providing intense brown sugar flavours. It’s a fantastic Brazilian all-rounder, making a deliciously satisfying filter or espresso coffee. It’s well suited to the cappuccino or latte treatment too.

This coffee has been medium roasted to let the flavours shine through, while providing a full bodied, rich and satisfying cup.

Available in whole beans or ground to order.
