Shipping

Orders placed before midday Monday-Friday are shipped that afternoon. We ship via Royal Mail. Our standard shipping service is 2nd class post, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. This may be longer during holiday periods. We offer free shipping on whole bean coffee orders within the UK. This is up to a maximum order weight of 2kgs. Orders over this weight will be charged standard Royal Mail postage rates. 

Contact us

If you have a question about your order please use the contact form on our website or email eve@argyllcoffee.co.uk. We will respond within 48 hours. If you have a complaint we will advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and we will in every case keep you informed throughout the process.

Refunds

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective or has been received in error please email eve@argyllcoffee.co.uk with details of the problem and whether you would like a refund or replacement. We retain proof of postage for all items sent and cannot be held responsible for items sent to addresses provided in error. Please ensure all details are accurate at the time of ordering. In line with distance selling regulations we only refund the cost of returning the items if received in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Please ensure you keep proof of postage. A refund will be initiated on receipt of your returned items if required.
